Sadly, this is not the one(for now) that fills this place. As soon as I started up the game it ran slow, then when i began to customise my character, i was greeted with numerous bugs and glitches which made the process impossible as the only way I could figure to fix them was to restart the game. After countless tries, I eventually had my character set up, not the way i wanted him however, i had just given up all hope on making a character without being stuck by bugs.When I FINALLY reached the game, the experience was just as bad. The controls are horrendous and then if you go to the tutorial area to try learn them, you are then presented with more bugs that stop you from being able to complete all of the tutorials. I eventually gave up on the tutorials aswell and tried to learn them as I played. For anyone who is wandering, its not possible to just learn them as you play. I even watched the 25+ minute video on the steam store page and they didnt work as explained.Overall I would not reccomend anyone wasting any money or time on this game until it has been HEAVILY updated, and I mean HEAVILY!!!. Recommended with caution. The game has a lot of bugs, and it seems like development is pretty slow, but there's no other game like this, period. If you're a huge fan of the sport, you need this game in your library. If not, well, it's probably safe to pass on it for now.. Been waiting to get my hands on this for so long and finally it's in my hands and first thoughts...not bad. Controls are a little bit confusing to start with, the tutorial does help alot with this. Graphics are nice but some optimisation would be even nicer but my one major flaw at the moment is the world map itself to many times i was finding myself in respawn areas that i felt shouldn't have been or getting to areas that were just bland and led to nowhere (the entrance of the waterpark). I'm so happy to be able to play this game now i just hope that it can grow and develop with the gaming communities help into the game that everyone wants. the game has potential but he amount of bugs made the game unplayble. i would not recomend this game at all not until there are MAJOR bug fixes. First off I would like to say that i have no connection to the developer of this game as people who are leaving negative reviews are saying about others.I say this as when i first downloaded the game I thought they were right as the menus were laggy, the controller barely worked and for the first day i couldnt even get past the loading screen to the game!However, after leaving it for a few days believing i had wasted my money I gave it another chance by which time there had been updates fixing the controller issues and the stuck loading screen.At first the game is sort of hard to get used to in terms of the controls however after about half an hour of playing and then going through the well thought out tutorials it started to get alot easier, anyone who is posting negative comments saying the game is "unplayable" or "not fun" clearly hasnt the patience to learn the controls or understand the meaning of early access. Dont get me wrong there is alot to be updated and tweaked such as the momentum and physics of the skater plus a few bugs here and there, also the maps need more content which im sure will come soon enough and some of the gamepad (my case-ps4) button labels show for xbox, but other than that with regular feedback and updates this game has a great foundation to be as good as the skate series.Please dont judge this game on the negative comments as I was nearly put off as well, but for the low price of early access you will have fun once you learn the controls and it can help the developer to build something for the rollerbladers out there who have wanted a new experience since aggressive inline :). Great Action Sports game, could use more fluent controls like skate but overall its a good game, cant wait to see more in future updates. Still needs alot of bug fixing. optimizations
